Denis Tricks 2017 Scholarship – Crowdfunding

We are dipping our toes into a crowdfunding campaign, please pledge your support today to enable a young person to participate in one of our programs during 2017. We need to raise a minimum of $5,000 for the scholarship to proceed.

As a 2016 Denis Tricks scholar I have been provided with a great opportunity to grow as a leader and I wanted to enable others to experience what I and my other scholarship recipients across the state are experiencing.

Therefore, on behalf of Amanda-Jean White (Fairley Leadership), Louise Hodgetts (Northern Mallee Leaders), Andrew Cameron (Leadership Great South Coast) we ask you to dig deep and pledge your support for our crowd funding campaign. We have an opportunity to have the money raised by you our pledgers MATCHED if we have the most amount of single donations of $10 or more.

The campaign is open from now until the 30 June. Click here to pledge your support

Background

The Denis Tricks Young Regional Community Leader Scholarship was established in 2015 for a young person aged between 21-30 who is able to demonstrate leadership potential to participate in an experiential learning program. The scholarship enables a young person to enrol in one of the 10 Regional Community Leadership Programs operating across Victoria. The aim of these programs is to build skills, knowledge, confidence and networks. The programs are challenging, confronting and literally life changing. The diversity of employment and life experience, challenges their values, focuses their learning about leadership and forces them to think I’ve the organisation they work in.

Thanks in advance for your support.
